Account

Account registration is free. One account may create and manage multiple businesses and branches. You are responsible for the accounts you add to your businesses.

Trial and ownership plan

New accounts receive a free trial for the period shown on the active plan. After the trial, the System Ownership Plan applies: the configured monthly ownership amount for the configured number of paid months. This is not a permanent monthly subscription.

Pricing changes

If RB1 changes pricing, existing customers keep the pricing terms recorded when they started. New customers follow the active plan at the time of registration.

Payments

Payments are submitted with a reference number and receipt and are verified manually by the RB1 team. Approved payments advance your ownership progress. Once all required payments are approved, ownership status becomes fully paid.

Maintenance

Maintenance after ownership is optional. If you decline maintenance, your ownership remains valid, and future maintenance, technical support, hosting, updates or services outside the ownership package may become your responsibility depending on the final service agreement.
