Information we keep
We store your account details (name, email, optional phone), the businesses and branches you create, and the business records you enter such as products, sales, expenses, customers and projects.
Business data separation
Business records are only accessible to accounts you have added to that business. Other customers cannot read your business data, and the AI Assistant only receives data from the business you are currently working in.
Payment information
Payment submissions include the method, amount, reference number, date and an optional receipt file. These are visible to you and to authorised RB1 administrators for verification only.
Your choices
You may edit your profile and archive businesses at any time. To request deletion of your account and records, contact the RB1 team.
